
Junior Leader's Organziation
The Rusk County Junior Leaders Organization (JLO) is a countywide group of 4-H members who learn to discover who they are as individuals while making lifelong friends and having fun. Members learn a variety of skills to help them grow as individuals and prepare them for the future. They also coordinate and sponsor countywide activities and events for younger 4-H members and the community.

- State Youth Trips
- National Youth Trips
- International Youth Trips
- Scholarships and Awards
WHO CAN JOIN? Any Rusk County 4-H member in 8th grade or higher can join JLO.
HOW CAN YOU JOIN? To join all you have to do is come to a meeting.
WHEN ARE THE MEETINGS? The JLO meetings are the 4th Sunday of every month at 7:00pm in the Law Enforcement Center meeting room at the Rusk County Courthouse in Ladysmith.
