Timed response
What do I need to do?
Inform users when a timed response is required and provide one or more of the following options:
- a method for the user to request more time if needed
- a way for the user to adjust the time interval
- a non time-dependent alternative.
Why is this important?
Requiring quick responses may be difficult for people with mobility impairments. It may also limit access for those using screen readers and users with cognitive impairments.
