Most SPIs have either a Board or Advisory Council, depending on whether they are an independent 501c3 or have a fiscal sponsor (in the latter, the SPI can't have a Board because the fiscal sponsor already has a Board, so the SPI can only have an Advisory Council). Working with Volunteers & Staff
