Ms. Dueholm has over 20 years of experience in human resources, including nearly two decades in the private sector. Her current assignment with the University of Wisconsin-Extension is as Human Resources Director for Broadcasting and Media Innovations Division (Wisconsin Public Radio, Wisconsin Public Television and ICS).

Prior to joining the UW in 1998, Ms. Dueholm worked for four years as a consultant to private sector companies, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, on recruitment, training, employee relations and compensation projects.

From 1990 to 1994, Ms. Dueholm worked for Nicolet Instrument Corporation in Madison, Wisconsin as their Director of Human Resources. She assisted in Nicolet's transition from a NYSE-listed, multinational company to its current structure as part of Thermo Electron.

Prior to her tenure at Nicolet, Ms. Dueholm worked for Donaldson, Company, Inc., in Minneapolis, Minnesota as their worldwide manager of compensation and benefits and with GNB Batteries in St. Paul, Minnesota as their Director of Human Resources.

Ms. Dueholm has a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
