In April 2008, UW-Extension moved to a new grants management system: WISPER. You can enter your proposal into WISPER using through the UW System Authentication Hub: https://portal.sfs.wisconsin.edu/psp/sfs/EMPLOYEE/ERP/h/?tab=DEFAULT.
