Diversity Program Development Initiative Online Grant Application
Welcome to the online grant application process. The grant application is in five sections:
- Contact Information
- Community Partner Information
- Project Summary/Project Narrative
- Budget Worksheet/Budget Narrative
- Timeline
You can work on any section of the grant whenever you choose, right up to the submission date. You can also exit the application, returning later to pick up right where you left off. You can (and will need to) print the cover page so that your CEEC representative and community partner organization representative can sign it. You must submit your proposal, electronically, to the UW-Extension Continuing Education, Outreach and E-Learning Dean's Office any time on or before March 5th, 2008 by 4:30 pm. Remember to forward a signed, print copy of the cover page.
To take advantage of the online forms you will need to create an account with us (no charge). You can start this process by going to our start up page.
