Win-Win Video/DVD available $50

This introductory video presents an overview of Dr. Jerome Barrett's highly acclaimed P.A.S.T. model -- a form of bargaining that looks out for the interests of both management and labor, and finds a common ground.

P.A.S.T. stands for Principles, Assumptions, Steps and Techniques and is the groundwork for a better form of bargaining.

What You'll Learn
The P.A.S.T. model will be explained and you'll see examples of each step being put to work at the bargaining table. You'll also look at why traditional bargaining is imperfect and why interest-based bargaining gives hope to both sides for a win-win solution.
