Responsibilities
- Youth Leadership and Youth in Governance--
Resource for youth in governance, particularly youth on government boards, youth/adult partnerships in 4-H Youth Development, and youth activism.
Support 4-H Youth Leadership Project and other Older Youth Programming & Leadership Development.
Lead and support older youth leadership groups and activities including 4-H Youth Leader Council, National 4-H Conference, youth participation in Public Issues Leadership Development, & Youth as Partners in Civic Leadership Conference.
Co-chair, Youth Voices in Community Action and Governance program team.
- Capacity Building and Evaluation Support--
Resource for community youth development, local coalition-building, and organizational development strategies to support youth development.
4-H Youth Development lead for evaluation including evaluation studies and member, Cooperative Extension Evaluation Capacity-Building team.
- Outreach and Inclusion--
Principle investigator of CYFAR (Children, Youth, Family at Risk) and other grants.
Member Latino Issues Team, collaborator with Native American Task Force.

- M.A. and Ph.D. in Educational Policy Studies from UW-Madison
- B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University

Experience
- 1990-96, 4-H Youth Agent in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Involved in creating community coalitions and developing afterschool programs in limited resource neighborhoods.
