4-H Learning Resources Grant Program The Wisconsin 4-H Learning Resources Committee Grant program accepts funding applications for funding in support of the development of 4-H learning resources to enhance 4-H programs in Wisconsin. Applications are due in March and funds are available July 1. Contact Deb Ivey (debra.ivey@ces.uwex.edu) or Annette Haas (annette.haas@ces.uwex.edu) with questions.
