Evaluating 4-H Youth Development Programs

The purpose of this web site is to create a single portal for Wisconsin 4-H Youth Development staff to access evaluation materials (process and outcome evaluation) that will:

  • Help educators learn and increase their capacity in evaluation; and
  • Provide supporting documentation/links that will help educators increase their ability to conduct quality evaluation (particularly outcome evaluation).
