  • After-School Initiative’s Toolkit for Evaluating Positive Youth Development - Developed by the Colorado Trust, this compilation of evaluation questions can be administered in after-school programs to assess program quality and the following positive youth development outcomes: academic success, arts and recreation, community involvement, cultural competency, life skills, positive life choices, positive core values and sense of self
  • Compendium of Assessment and Research Tools (CART) - A database that provides information on instruments that measure attributes associated with youth development programs. CART includes descriptions of research instruments, tools, rubrics, and guides and is intended to assist those who have an interest in studying the effectiveness of service-learning, safe and drug-free schools and communities, and other school-based youth development activities.
  • 4-H Professional Research and Knowledge Base - Serves as a foundation for the 4-H Youth Development profession. Identifies current and emerging competencies that are essential to conducting 4-H Youth Development programs.
