Volunteer Behavior Expectations for WI 4-H Youth Development

Two-ply, carbonless 4-H Volunteer Expectation Form that can be duplicated locally or obtained at no charge through the Wisconsin 4-H Office. Wisconsin 4-H Youth Development volunteers must sign this form at the time of initial application and annually thereafter to continue as a 4-H Youth Development volunteer. (1 page.)
