Going Buggy: Bug Walk

4-H Afterschool entomology activity where youth learn that many insects walk by using their legs to create "alternating triangles." Includes observing insect specimens with scopes and performing a "bug walk." Can be enhanced or simplified to fit most age groups. (2 pages, 87 KB) Keywords- observation, bugs, learning to learn
