The first session of the North Central Region Volunteer e-Forum is only a few weeks away. The North Central Region Volunteer Specialists are excited about the opportunity for you to offer an outstanding training for your 4-H Volunteers with minimal expense, preparation, and travel involved! Different topics will be offered via Adobe Connect on each of three evenings…November 7, 17, and 22. Each session will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The sessions will be led by 4-H Volunteer Specialists from the North Central Region, and will include some on-site activities to allow for interaction among your volunteers. Host Site Facilitator Guides are being finalized and will soon be available to help you lead these activities and prepare for the sessions.

See the e-Forum website for an editable flyer that you can modify to meet your local needs as you share the training with your volunteers. You may include local contact information and directions in this file before sending it on to the volunteers. You also have the option to charge a registration fee if needed to cover any meeting or refreshment expenses. There is no fee being charged from the state or region level.

We still have plenty of room for sites to join us! Below is the list of counties planning to offer the program. If you would like to add your name and site to this list, please let me know. If you would like to encourage your volunteers to attend the sessions at a site in another location, please contact that Educator directly for further details.

Connection information, facilitator instructions, and handouts will be on the e-Forum website prior to each session. The programs will be archived for future viewing as well.

Thank you for sharing this training opportunity with your 4-H Volunteers! If you have questions or need additional information, please let me know.
