4-H Youth Camp and Event Application Forms

The following information is provided for people who are creating application forms for brochures and promotional materials.

Brochures and promotional materials should list the activities that are included in the camp or event. If the name of the activity does not clearly describe what is required to participate, a one-sentence description should be provided.

In order to be ADA compliant, the following text should be used on the 4-H Youth Camp and Event application forms that accompany promotional materials:
