Diversity Think Tank

Monthly discussions focus on diversity topics related to Cooperative Extension work in building capacity for effective programming, increasing awareness of diversity issues, recruiting a multicultural staff, making CE policies more inclusive, civil rights outreach activities and more.

There will be no detailed agendas (only general topics announced in advance), no minutes will be taken, no major projects undertaken and no committees. The sessions will be spent discussing efforts to make our organization more multicultural and inclusive and to learn from each other about how to be more successful in our work.
