MEMBER RECRUITMENT & RETENTION COMMITTEE
Purpose of committee:
recruit and initiate eligible Extension faculty/staff for membership. Responsibilities of committee:
- Distribute application form to prospective members;
- Coordinate events/activities to promote member recruitment and retention;
- Offer encouragement to colleagues in their district or program area specialty;
- Direct fees/dues to the treasurer;
- Conduct an induction ceremony at the annual meeting;
- Present ESP membership certificate, Extension Professional's Creed and/or other items to new members.
