Animal Husbandry Conference

Dairy and beef producers, veterinarians, farm service providers, educators and interested elected officials are invited to attend this conference that focuses on expanding awareness and understanding about the growing concern nationwide of how farm animals are cared for and what the implications could be for large animal agriculture in Wisconsin.

The conference will be held on Friday, March 5 at Liberty Hall in Kimberly (located just off Hwy 441 on County Highway CE on the east side of Appleton). Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the conference concludes at 3:30 p.m. followed by an opportunity for informal discussion with the presenters.

Heart of the Farm in Wisconsin

The Heart of the Farm - Women in Agriculture Conference Series addresses the needs of farm women by providing education on pertinent topics, connecting them with agricultural resources, and creating support networks.
