Looking for help on ID. Producer has had to buy outside hay the past few years, so it may have come in from the west. Only a few plants when first noticed 3-5 years ago, but now seems to be overtaking the clover, timothy and grasses established there. Flowers are white in clusters at the top of the stem, stems seem woody, leaves have a silvery cast because of hairs and are oblong less than 1" in length and pointed at the end. Leaves and flowers point upwards. About 24" inches tall. Please ID and suggest eradication ideas. It is growing a landscaped area, and it also present in the woods along resently seeded logging roads. What is the best control options in non crop areas?
