Hickory Tree Leaf Disease

Good morning friends,
A client dropped the Hickory tree leaves with gall on it. Please help me to identify the problem with solutions.

It is one of the many Phylloxera galls- it is cosmetic and does not harm the tree. We normally do not suggest control- could use a systemic in the fall- Imidacloprid- but it is expensive and the galls often do not reappear the nest year in numbers
