Impatiens flower leaf

In the green house potted Impatiens flower leaf turns yellow ans has brown spot on them. This was found in an Amish farm in Dalton.

Can you please help me to undrstdn the problems.

I'm going to have to see plants (send these overnight mail to me). I am concerned this might be impatiens downy mildew, but the only way I can confirm is to see plants. Just to be safe and until I can confirm (or not), see the links below for details on the disease. Control involves a combination of eradicating diseased plants and fungicide treatments.
