Develop, market, and deliver experientially based curriculum that guides producer participants through the stages of becoming aware of the risks they face, prioritizing those risks, and developing means for addressing the risks.

Develop, market, and deliver experientially based curriculum that guides producer participants through the stages of evaluating what price they need to meet farm business and family goals, and what tools can be used to meet their price objectives.

The price of milk has become more variable in the past several years.  Not knowing the price one will receive for one's product will make the dairy business a risky business.  Dairy farmers need a way to manage price risk and create a more predictable income.
