Local & Regional Food System Development

Anne leads this initiative, which includes:

  • Wisconsin Local Food Survey
  • Baldwin Local Food Aggregation and Distribution Project

Growing Agriculture in the Capital Region Greg l eads this initiative in a Cooperative Agreement between Cooperative Extension and Thrive.
 
Bio-Team Website Greg manages the webpage for the Bioenergy & Bioeconomy (B&B) Team of Cooperative Extension.
 
EAM Team Website Anne manages the website for the Emerging Ag Markets (EAM) Team of Cooperative Extension.
 
Midwest Value Added Agriculture Conference & the Wisconsin Local Food Summit

Anne and Greg contribute to the planning committees of both of these events, which were held in 2008 jointly in Eau Claire on January 24-25. Partners include the Wisconsin Local Food Network and River Country RC&D.
