PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) of Juneau County is a program that identifies and cultivates existing and emerging community leaders. This program will help participants broaden their knowledge of the community, develop networks among existing and future leaders, and learn skills needed to take on leadership roles in their places of employment and in Juneau County Communities.

The mission of ALP is to facilitate the advanced education and empowerment of emerging leaders for
professional, personal and community enrichment.

ALP of Juneau County is a nine month leadership development program consisting of ten one-day workshops.

Each session will focus on a different set of leadership skills and community issues.   Workshops will include both classroom and field experiences and will be focused on keeping the learning process interesting and practical.

The cost of attending the Advanced Leadership Program for the ten full days is $250.00.   Tuition may be paid by the participant, employer, sponsor, or from a combination of sources.
