To lead the improvement in:
- the quality and effectiveness of Cooperative Extension
educational programming,
- the ability to recognize emerging organizational challenges
and opportunities, and
- effectively "telling our story."
To work with county and campus faculty and staff, program
area leaders and district directors and Cooperative Extension administration
to encourage cross-program area planning interaction between counties and
campuses.
