July 11, 2008 Announcing new household moving contract vendors
The competitive solicitation was just completed, and two vendors have been selected. Additionally, the Financial Policy Paper F-19 will be revised this month to reflect changes that have occurred in the moving industry and to better delineate the types of services which are reimburseable.
June 2, 2008 Upcoming change for SFS and WISDM
This is a reminder that early Tuesday morning, June 3, 2008, the URL for SFS production will be changed. There will be minimal issues that end-users may experience.
April 22, 2008 ECRT: Change in format of certifiers' effort cards for project number.
After the new Grants Management System became effective at the end of February 2008, new project numbers now have a format of PRJ##AA. So in order to identify the fund source, the fund number will precede the project number.
April 11, 2008 Updates to Class 4 Printing contract and Print Order Supplement form.
The Class 4 Printing contract has been rebid. Please refer to the "Print List" when determining which mandatory contract should be used. If you have any questions please contact Dick or Rhonda Loger.
March 31, 2008 Project numbering changes for extramural support awards and gifts.
The new Grants module (implemented February 2008) also brought changes to the numbering schema used for grant accounts. New awards will now be numbered PRJ##AA, instead of the old 133AA## (nonfederal) or 144AA## (federal) numberings. Additionally, beginning in the new fiscal year 2009 all existing 133 gift accounts will convert to a 233 coding.
March 6, 2008 WISPER to replace the paper UWEX transmittal form.
The new Grants System has brought changes to the way we process grant proposals. The Transmittal Form is being replaced by the WISPER (Wisconsin Proposal Electronic Routing) system. Proposal information will now be entered into WISPER. Once the information is entered in WISPER, it can be routed electronically. The use of WISPER will become mandatory for new proposals submitted beginning April 1, 2008.
