The Wisconsin Basic Economic Development Course is a comprehensive educational experience on the theory and practice of economic development fundamentals and is accredited by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). It fulfills one of the prerequisites for those who wish to take the Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) Examination. *Refund policy: If we receive your cancellation prior to 7-1-2011, we will refund 100% of your registration fee. If we receive your cancellation between 7-2-2011 and 8-1-2011 you will receive a 90% refund. If we receive your cancellation between 8-2-2011 and 8-15-2011 you will receive a 75% refund. If we receive your cancellation after 8-15-2011, we will refund 50% of your registration fee. Enrollment is limited for this course and registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
