OUR REVIEW (Reviewed April 18, 2002, by JoAnn Stomer)
Finding Your Voice is an excellent leadership resource, especially for those just beginning to explore the definition and practice of leadership. I've found Finding Your Voice to be a valuable resource in leadership training.

This book is well written and includes many practical, real examples that enhance the book¿s value as a resource by providing a bridge between the ideas presented in this book and their application in the real world.

Finding Your Voice is meant for all people who dream of making a difference. First, it helps us get past the feelings of inadequacy and lack of power that many of us feel. Through compelling stories of people who, lacking titles or authority, did some pretty remarkable things we learn how it can and does happen. To lead is to serve is the major premise of the book. Finding Your Voice belongs in the hands of every person in every community.
