Buffalo County 4-H Project Boxes
A 4-H Project Box is a tool for youth and adult project leaders. The 4-H Project Boxes contain all the necessary instructions, curriculum, and materials to hold a project meeting on a sort of “grab and go” basis.
The concept is that the UW-Extension Office has designed a variety of educational 4-H Project Boxes that leaders can check out from our library to use at project meetings or at club meetings.
4-H PROJECT BOXES CONTAIN:
-
All the Basic Materials & Supplies You Need To Conduct A 4-H Project Meeting
-
Handouts for 4-H Members & Parents
-
Experiential “Hands-On” Step-by-Step Lesson Plans with Teaching Tips
-
Corresponding 4-H Curriculum Guides
-
Ideas for Future Activities and Additional Learning Experiences
-
Background & Informational Sheets So You Feel Confident & Knowledgeable To Teach
Listed below are the current Project Boxes that can be borrowed from the UW-Extension Office. You may want to call ahead to make sure the box(es) you are interested in are available. We ask that you do not keep the boxes for more than a few weeks so we have time to restock the supplies and to make sure the boxes are ready for the next club leader.
