HOW TO JOIN 4-H

1. You need to select a 4-H club to join. If you haven't done that yet, go to the 4-H Clubs in Calumet County page to access a list of Calumet County 4-H clubs.

2. Call the 4-H Office (920) 849-1450 extension #5 or (920) 989-2700, extension #229, to receive the phone number of the contact leader who can give you more information about their 4-H clubs membership. It's best to join in the fall or winter, but new members are accepted throughout the year.

3. Fill out an enrollment form and give it to the organizational leader. Then get ready to discover the world of 4-H.
