From November 2007- March 2008 the Crawford County Tourism Assessment Team met three times to share information and create a report that would 1) include data to inform an appropriate county wide marketing strategy 2) inform participants so they are able to communicate about the likely economic impact of tourism 3) address negative perceptions of tourism in the county 4) encourage public participation/education and 5) involve tourism groups in a collaborative manner.
