4-H Enrollment Forms

How to Join

You can join 4-H if you are in grades 3 through 13. Clubs even accept members in Kindergarten, first and second grades in the Cloverbud program.
The Fun Starts HereIn order to join here's what you need to do:

  1. First, select a 4-H club from the list above. You will see a name and phone number for that club's general leader.
  2. Next, call the club's general leader and find out more information about the club and its members. Most 4-H members join in the fall, but new members can join at any time.
  3. Then, attend the 4-H club meeting with your parents, fill out an enrollment form and elect your projects and get ready to discover what 4-H is all about!
  4. Parents can also sign up to be leaders! In order to be eligible, they need to have completed the Volunteer Orientation Process, filled out a 4-H Leader Enrollment Form, and signed the Volunteer Behavior Expectations Agreement.
