Mission
UW-Extension 4-H Youth
Development integrates research, education and community-based
partnerships, enabling youth to learn and practice skills to be
productive citizens.
4-H Program Description
4-H is a dynamic youth
organization for people age five and in kindergarten, until one
year after they graduate from high school, male or female, whether
you live in the city, village or country. Youth will have fun,
be challenged, learn new things, meet others, and be an active
member of the community. Volunteers work with youth to plan and
carry out a yearlong program. Family involvement makes the experience
even more meaningful.
