Community Gardens are located at the
northeast corner of Pioneer and Grove Street (east frontage road)
Garden Plot Sizes include 20 x 20 feet (Cost: $15), 20 x 40 feet
(Cost: $20), and 20 x 80 feet (Cost $30). Cost covers plot tilling,
soil amendments, and water. You will need to bring your own tools
and seeds. A demonstration area is on site to help the inexperienced
gardener. Have fun, get exercise, and meet new friends while you
grow fresh food for your family! For plot rental information contact

Hunger Prevention
Master Gardeners have a new mentoring program to help you grow
produce for your family. Work side-by-side with a UW-Extension
Master Gardener growing beans, tomatoes, onions, carrots, and
much more! You can also grow produce for local food pantries,
with help from an experienced gardener. A great way to serve the
community while fine-tuning your gardening skills
For Kindergarten thru
High School grades-parents welcome! Kids will learn the basics
of gardening, by growing pizza ingredients like tomatoes, peppers,
onions, herbs, etc. A pizza party will be held on the last day
of the summer program using the produce grown from the garden.
