Betsy Olson

BETSY OLSON - Youth Development Agent

Current Position: Grant County Youth Development Agent

Academic Standing: Instructor, Youth Development

Formal Education: BA, Sociology, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities; MA,
International Development, University of Denver

Personal Biography:

Betsy grew up in northwestern Wisconsin, in Shell Lake where she was an active member of 4-H and High School Rodeo. Betsy's work experience has included work with at-risk youth, literacy education, community development and program evaluation. Betsy is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer who completed her Peace Corps service in Jamaica between 2003 and 2005.

Betsy lives in Platteville and enjoy movies and horse-back riding.
