GREEN COUNTY 4-H CLUBS AND RELATED INFORMATION

4-H Enrollment Forms

How to Join

You can join 4-H if you are in grades 3 through 13. Clubs even accept members in Kindergarten, first and second grades in the Cloverbud & Exploring programs.

The Fun Starts Here

In order to join here's what you need to do:

  1. First, select a 4-H club from the list below. You will see a name and phone number for that club's general leader.
  2. Next, call the club's general leader and find out more information about the club and its members. Most 4-H members join in the fall, but new members can join at any time. In order to show a project at the Green County Junior Fair, you must join by February 1st of the current 4-H year.
  3. Then, attend the 4-H club meeting with your parents, fill out an enrollment form and elect your projects and get ready to discover what 4-H is all about! (The enrollment form and project guide can be picked up
from the 4-H club's general leader or at the Green County UW-Extension Office.)
  4. Parents can also sign up to be leaders! In order to be eligible, they need to have completed the
Volunteer Orientation Process, filled out a 4-H Leader Enrollment Form, and signed the Volunteer
    Behavior Expectations Agreement.
