Comprehensive Planning Process

This three-year process involved Green County and 20 jurisdictions within the county. The planning process was in response to Wisconsin's comprehensive planning legislation that requires a community's official actions regarding land use to be consistent with their comprehensive plan by January 1, 2010. Communities adopted their plans in early 2006. To learn more about comprehensive planning click here.
