SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN MASTER GARDENER
PROJECTS
Monticello Elementary Third Grade
Students receiving a $400 grant
from the Wisconsin
Master Gardener Association.
Students in Angela Richter's 3rd grade class at Monticello Elementary School were informed that
they had received a grant in the amount of $400 from the Wisconsin Master Gardeners Assocation
for the Butterfly Habitat they are develping in Montesians Gardens. The check was presented to the
children by Jean Adler whose son, Duncan McGonagle is a member of the class. Ms. Adler recently
became certified as a Master Gardener and will be advising the students of their project. The garden
will be maintained by the students until their graduation in 2017
