GREEN LAKE AREA HEALTH AND WELLNESS COALITION

Mission Statement:

"The Green Lake Area Health & Wellness Coalition will
promote and encourage active and healthy lifestyles."

The Green Lake Area Health and Wellness Coalition was formed in 2005 to help coordinate health promotion and prevention activities in our communities. Members include health care providers, representatives from two health care centers, the Green Lake County Health Unit, UW-Extension, area school districts and individual community members who share an interest in promoting health in the Green Lake area.
