important in 4-H. 4-H Members are also helped by volunteer
leaders who teach the boys and girls, organize the club, and
help officers at meetings.

provides educational leadership for the programs, serves as advisor
to the Leaders Council, and assists leaders and committees in
providing educational opportunities for youth and adults.
