supervisors who want to strengthen skills.

- Leading the Way in Customer Service Training - This
half day training package gives local government officials and
managers the knowledge and skills they need to build and maintain
an organization that supports customer service.

- Media Relations Self Defense Course - Ninety minute
course to prepare local officials, managers and staff to avoid
creating organizational problems in working with the media.

- Media Relations for Local Governments: Communicating for
Results - This program helps local officials and staff work
