  1. GovernmentCognitive Management Through the Strategic Budget Process - A program designed to enhance effective decision making in the local government process and produce more positive outcomes for the community.

  2. Effective Supervisory Skill Building Group Course - This course helps first-line and mid-level supervisors develop the supervisory skills they need.

  3. Advanced Supervisory Practices Group Course - For graduates of Effective Supervisory Skill Building Course and experienced supervisors who want to strengthen skills.

  4. Leading the Way in Customer Service Training - This half day training package gives local government officials and managers the knowledge and skills they need to build and maintain an organization that supports customer service.

  5. Media Relations Self Defense Course - Ninety minute course to prepare local officials, managers and staff to avoid creating organizational problems in working with the media.

  6. Media Relations for Local Governments: Communicating for Results - This program helps local officials and staff work effectively with the media and communicate with the public.
