Manitowoc County Association for Home and Community Education (HCE) - Manitowoc County HCE's mission is to "provide educational opportunities, improve leadership skills of members and provide service to communities." There are 198 members registered in the organization.

Services of Love...

Manitowoc County HCE members are involved in several "Services of Love" projects.

• Hats for cancer patients
• Pillows for children being treated for cancer
• Monthly donations to the Manitowoc Domestic Violence Center

HCE collaborates with the Manitowoc County Soil and Water Department to assist them in an effort to increase the number of private wells tested this year.
