 MARATHON COUNTY BEEKEEPERS ASSOCIATION
Located in Wausau, Wisconsin, the Marathon County Beekeepers Association is a community of beekeepers and any interested persons in honeybees or beekeeping. We work closely with the Marathon County University Extension Office. Members range from recent high school graduates to retired beekeepers with many variants in between.
The organization provides a number of public opportunities and/or services:
- Visit to schools, clubs, or organizations
- Holds public meetings, workshops, and informational activities
- Has a booth at the Wisconsin Valley Fair in the Ag. Adventure Tent
- Is a contact for bee swarm removals.
