CIP & JETTER
OPTIONS - PHOTO GALLERY
Clean In Place (CIP) is where units are left in the parlor for cleaning rather than carried into the milk house. Parlor must meet milkhouse spec's to do this. Picture here is a homebuit drawer with a standard jetter cup set into pre-cut holes keeping jetters clean and out of the way. |
Here is another unusual style jetter but placed in the usual place. This style does not have the clumsy rubber jetters that depending on their set-up can be somewhat of a struggle. |
This is probably by far the most common placement of the CIP line and jetter configuration. It is not neccessarily the best placement and configuration and some innovation and fabrication might create something cleaner and more ergonomic. |
Even new swing parlors incorporate this
standard wash line and jetter configuration. |
