for the purpose of governmental business or meetings if the

- Does not interfere with the principal use of the building
or facility.
- Does not conflict with the use of the facility for Marathon

room shall make that request at least two working days in advance
of the anticipated utilization of the conference or meeting

basis, however the county reserves the right to make changes
when necessary and has full discretion when permitting use
of County conference/meeting rooms. No facility shall be scheduled

liability, alleged or proven, resulting from or arising out
of the performance of applicant, its officers, officials, employees,
agent or assigns. Marathon County does not waive, and specifically

and limitations of liability as specifically set forth in Wisconsin
