Cloverbud Enrollment

Filling out enrollment forms: It is very important that ll enrollment forms be filled out COMPLETELY and CORRECTLY to avoid problems with newsletter mailing and fair entries. If you have any questions on filling out the forms, contact the Extension Office.

Cloverbuds circle or write in by CATEGORY "Cloverbud" on their enrollment form and use project code 136. Cloverbud leaders use code 135. Cloverbuds do not sign up for individual projects. YEAR IN 4-H should be "0".
