Explorer Enrollment

Filling out enrollment forms: It is very important that ll enrollment forms be filled out COMPLETELY and CORRECTLY to avoid problems with newsletter mailing and fair entries. If you have any questions on filling out the forms, contact the Extension Office.

Explorers circle or write in by CATEGORY "Exploring" on their enrollment form and use project code 131. Exploring leaders only use code 130. Explorers do not sign up for individual projects. YEAR IN 4-H should be "0".
