  • Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workshop Coming Soon
  • Feeling Stretched? Perhaps you can benefit from Powerful Tools for Caregivers. Because we recognize that caring for others is not only rewarding, but at times stressful, this 6-week course is designed for family caregivers and will cover: taking care of YOU; identifying and reducing personal stress; communicating feelings,needs and concerns; communicating in challenging situations; learning from our emotions; mastering caregiving decisions. Strentghening Families - (contact us for additional information and upcoming workshops)
Strengthening Families is a 7-week  program focused on providing parents or caregivers and their youth (10-14) the opportunity to:

      • Help parents build on their strengths in showing love and setting limits
      • Help youth develop skills in handling peer pressure and building a positive future
      • Have fun with the family
      • Participate in sessions filled with games, skits, videos, and projects all designed to improve and strengthen the family core.
