Then try the Matrixx System. The program, "Maximizing Your Potential", is a way for groups to investigate interpersonal relationships. Laughter is a big part of this two-to-four hour program which helps groups of youth and/or adults investigate their own personality temperaments, identify the personality temperaments of those they live and work with and develop strategies for relating to those around them more effectively.

Like a rainbow, the people we work with, live with and play with are as varied as the rainbows colors. Some are TRUE BLUE - they focus on being loyal to people and try to help people around them feel comfortable. Some are SOLID GOLD - they are fair, practical, reliable, detailed oriented and very dependable. Some people are CURIOUS GREEN - they work in the world of ideas and abstract thought. Finally some people are ACTION ORANGE - they are active and spontaneous, living in the here and now. "Maximizing Your Potential" helps people identify their own personality temperaments and understand how they can best mesh with those around them.

Donna Doll-Yogerst, Oconto County UWEX Family Living Agent is a certified trainer of the Matrixx System™. The Matrixx training takes participants through materials developed by the National Curriculum and Training Institute, Inc.® including the personality temperament assessment system.

Evaluation comments from the training indicate that this is a great program for student councils, faculty, work teams, 4-H Clubs and others. At least 16 individuals are needed for the program. Contact Donna Doll-Yogerst for details.
