VISTA VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Oconto County UW-Extension Family Living Programs has been working with local schools in the area of Families, Schools and Community Partnerships since 1994. The DPI Americorps/Vista program enables this effort to expand and accomplish goals.

Each participating school district pulls together a Families, Schools and Community Partnership Team. This team sets the goals and with the assistance of a VISTA member carries out the action plan.

Current programs are located in the Oconto, Oconto Falls and Suring school districts.
